Project 3 - Itten Star

Johannes Itten studied color and created the Itten Star, which consists of 12 hues, each having three shades and two tints with pure white in the center.

Project Two - Albers Color Interaction

Joseph Albers studied how colors interact with eachother. We were asked to demonstrate the law of simultaneous contrast, where one color will look different when placed on a different background. We were also asked to show a hue change, value change, and a hue & value change.

Project One - Collage

   For this project we were asked to create 3 collages; monochromatic, black & white, and color.

Project Eleven - Movie Poster

 

For our final Project, we were asked to create a movie poster for one of our videos. I chose the Guy Fawkes mask which has become the modern symbol for anonymity

Project Ten - Typography with Chinese Characters

The word i chose for this project was "隐私" which is the Chinese word for privacy.

Project Nine - Music Pictograms

For this project i chose the famous Rockwell song "Somebody's Watching Me". I had the word "ME" instead of the face inside the TV, but apparently that wasn't allowed.
